Amendments to HedgeStreet Rule 1.1(c) relating to location of fee schedule and Rules 4.4, 5.4 and 5.5 relating to Market Maker orders The HedgeStreet Rule Committee has approved revisions to HedgeStreet Rules 4.4, 5.4 and 5.5, which allows Market Makers to place both buy and sell orders in the order book without having the necessary funds/contracts at the time the order is entered. Instead, for sell orders, the market maker must have those contracts in its account at the time the order is executed or must have sufficient funds to subscribe for the number of Hedgelet Pairs necessary to fill that sell order at the time the order is executed. Conversely, for buy orders, market makers must have sufficient funds to purchase the number of Contracts necessary to fill the buy order at the time the order is executed. All NAR Futures Contracts Settle on Monday May 15, 2006 due to Last Trading Date of Friday, May 12, 2006 The Commission was notified that as of the close of business on Monday, May 15, 2006, HedgeStreet will not list for trading any new NAR futures contracts until further notice. The NAR futures contract specifications are contained in HedgeStreet Rules 12.44-12.49 (listed below). All NAR futures contracts that were trading on HedgeStreet had a Last Trading Date of Friday, May 12, 2006. Therefore, there is no open interest in any of the NAR futures contracts as the Settlement Date for such contracts was Monday, May 15, 2006.
